I thought I was making this in a much smaller size. What the hell, I never keep anything for myself anyhow, I'll keep this.
Here's the fabu Gwen top (notice the little end creeping into my jeans pocket?) seven colors/eight balls Tahki cotton classic, and a couple of skeins of embroidery floss. Knitted top down, in one piece. Hollaback!

Wow, that's one good looking Gwen sweater! And you finished it sooner than you thought ~ great work, Bets. I think you should keep it, too. It looks great on you.
Oh, and I finally got around to posting about my lunch with SK and Barbara. I've been busy with the last days of putting my classroom together. Kids come back next Wednesday, and Monday and Tuesday I'm kind of stuck in meetings all day.

Great job, bets! So glad you get to keep something. ;-p
The top looks great. I love the color transitions. Knit top down in one piece, does that mean no seaming?
Oh dang. That sweater is sooo pretty!
I need to send you my measurements so you can start knitting for me :) What an amazing eye for color. If I hang with you long enough, will it rub off? One can always hope. Scullyknits
That turned out beautifully!
I love it! The colours, the striping sequence, it's all perfect. Man! I need some of your sweater mojo :).
