Stoopit tank and the frog pond

Lately, I haven't felt all that great. Last weekend, I cast on Ribby Tank. I cast it on SEVERAL times. This morning, I pulled it out, and had a serious look at it...I am ONE ribbing set off at the underarms. I have 11 K2 P2 sets at one underarm, and 12 at the other. Damnit. Frogging this worthless mess, and going on to Wren.

Wasn't meant to be, was it!!
Ahhh, but you get to cast on for the beautiful wren. what yarn are you planning to use? I would love to make that Wren but I don't have any suitable yarn in the stash and really want to get onto some projects to use what I have right now.
Sending good vibes for a painfree, clear head as you Wren along.

"don't have any suitable yarn"??? Les, that can't be you! I'm using Highland Silk...I plan to go 3/4 sleeve.

Don't ya just hate it when the yarn misbehaves? Clearly, it just didn't want to be a Ribby Tank, and it messed up your karma. And I can't wait to see your Wren ~ I'm wavering on that one for myself.

Bets....don't be so hard on yourself. It's hard to think or do anything when the coconut is hurting. Take care of yourself first and then do your knitting.

What's the problem with the lopsided ribbing? You just gotta walk at a John Wayne/Nancy Grace-esque, full body tilt, whilst wearing. Perfect look with the eye patch.

Bite me, Marcia.

Oh, Bets! Frogging is never fun. Take care of yourself. Good wishes going your way.
