It starts with F, ends with UCK

And is not firetruck. I just finished my project for Elann's scarf contest. It's due tomorrow. It's beautiful. It does what I want it to. The pattern is written. I need to tuck in ends and take photos. I laid it out to block, and after several visits to check drying progress, I saw it.

I screwed up the pattern.

Dammit.

It' s going in anyhow.

Oh fudge! Well, I'm sure they'll do a wonderful job with the photography so nobody will notice it. :-)

Looking forward to seeing your scarf ... guess we'll just have to wait patiently ... waiting ... waiting ... waiting ... Ok, can we see it now???

I have been taking a holiday from the blogs, but I still feel your pain days later. I'm sure it'll go not noticed by anyone but you. I'm also very worried about my "burnt offering" submission, now that I know you've entered :). I started mine as an exercise in actually finishing something to a deadline, that part was successful, anything else will be gravy.
