Seems like I put a bit of super glue on a similar injury and it helped a lot. I know it didn't hurt anything. I put a drop of super glue, then a piece of tape over it to apply pressure, then off came the tape and and I had a hard spot there for a few, but it didn't hurt. Just a thought. :)
ouch ouch. this is why i don't use my knitpicks needles anymore. i am a push and tapper also
that happens to me too!! OWWWWWW
ok...i'm a dork...i couldn't understand how your finger split had anything to do with a jury trial...knitting during jury duty...etc. until today when i realized knit injury was NOT knittin jury....mayor of dorkville signing off now.
OUCH! I hope that heals quickly.
