The home of damn fine knitting and spectacular disasters. All knitting (and a few commercials) all the time!
Awesome top, Bets. I absolutely love it. It was hard to see the details on the Elann website--so glad you posted some pictures. I am definitely going to make one of these--just as soon as I find some time. Summer sure is flying by.
When do you get it back?
The top looks great on you. The pattern shows better in your photos than the one on Elann. I made my first wash cloth using Sonata, I hope it softens up with washing.
Cate, It's been there for a while, I imagine I will get it back soon. Michelle needed demo knitters and I volunteered. It dawned on me that the photo I posted shows unfinished sleeves.
just beautimous Bets, it looks lovely on you!
Had to come back and take another look. I think I like it better sleeveless. Did you have to alternate balls to prevent pooling or was it the lace pattern doing its magic? I love that color, too!
Kelly, because there are a lot of Y/Os, it scrambles the print and prevents the pooling. Thanks everyone!
LOVE that top, and your smiling face! I also like the sleeveless version.
