My niece sent me a text as I was pulling into Hancock Fabric's parking lot. "He's here, I can hear him crying!" So I picked up the two lousy skeins of floss that I drove a total of 70 miles to get ... that IS freaking ridiculous, isn't it? For seven little stitches?
But I NEEDED them. I am really pleased with the way it came out!!
And look at what ELSE I have to show you:
(Dang, that is a schnoz!!)
I present Brandon, Le Nephew!!! I have NO idea what the middle name is.

This is darling, but I bet that was the most expensive floss you've ever purchased. Congtats!
Thanks. Actually, I drove to a big sale elsewhere, and included it in my route. What else could I do??
Yes but Bets it is adorable! What is the baby's name?
but who was here and crying? and i do like the knitting!
So cute!! :D
awww. sweet. darling little baby set ;0 congrats to your fambly.
LOVE the floss! Keep a pack of the multi colors in the house. Tho', you probably DO have floss in a zillion colors just can't find them at the moment. ;-p
Sweet nephew! Congrats!
Please, please, please don't make that kind of insane trip for something small like floss. If it can wait a few days, let me know and I'll get it and mail it out. The round trip wouldn't be more than 3 miles.
congrats on your new nephew!!!
Bets,
First thing I saw your baby outfit and thought "Awww..so cute" then scrolled down and saw your new baby nephew "aww...double cute"! Congratulations! Also your timing on the knitting completion was perfect :-).
Sandra
He's darling, big nose and all. :-) Your baby set is cute. I hope you got enough floss for the other baby sets you're making.
