Red, red, whine.....

I thought I might be able to get this done for the corporate Christmas party this weekend....but I was wrong. I wanted to dazzle my ex-colleagues with my knitting prowess. Boredom overtook me yesterday. Ah well. It's 3X Chic, which I found on Knitty, with Jo Sharp Aran Tweed. I added a few cables on the side, just to make it interesting.

Oh, I think that's going to look good. Great colour, and you've chosen a pattern with nice clean lines. I was looking at that one at Knitty last week. Keep plugging away -- you'll get there.

I'll have to go look up that pattern but the yarn colorway is absolutely divine. Is it a merlot? Tweedy? Wow!

Sports fans-Ann had it in 2004 and I think 2005. I like this color, I think it's called Jewel. I like it a lot.
